Yesterday I waited excitedly for my work day to end,
all I kept thinking was
I am going to get to play with my new toy when I get home.
I stopped a Joann's
Skipping directly to the Accuquilt Go department.
What size mat did I need again?
Oh yeah 6 X 12
Thats not it,
Maybe it is under this die, nope.
Maybe it is hanging behind this mat, Nope!
Nope, Nope, Nope.
So once again I will be waiting for the UPS man to arrive.
Hope gets here quick.
While I am waiting I completed 2 more of the blocks for The Fat Quarter 2009 Mystery BOM.
The top block is a little busy for my taste.
I thought about swapping out 1 or 2 of the fabrics but didn't
Oh well I am sure it will blend down once the quilt is finished.
I am opening the blocks and finishing them one at a time so they are each a surprise.
I opened the next block and have the fabrics all pressed and ready for cutting.
That block is my favorite so far.
I am thinking I just might make an entire quilt with it.
There are so many things I should be doing (like finishing a baby quilt)
but these block have been so much fun I just can't stop.
I think I will get some fabric starched and cut up to be ready for running through the Accuquilt
once my mat arrives.
These are great blocks!
ReplyDeleteWonderful blocks. I especially like the second block!!
