Stash Report - Week #2

I just love to visit all the weekly stash reports in bloggyland on Sunday mornings.  Judy at Patchwork Times is so kind to host it each week.  After being on a fabric binge last year I am going to try and behave myself better this year.  Reporting my stash might be just the thing to keep me in line.  Everybody has a little different way that they count their out fabric.  For me it will be a completed project.

Fabric in this week (and last since I am getting a late start) - 0
Fabric in YTD - 0

Fabric out this week (and last) - 0
Fabric out YTD - 0

Net Change - 0

Visit Judy's blog to see how everybody else is doing.

  1. Oh if I had to wait till it was completed - I might forget about it LOL - Good luck this year!

  2. I tried counting stash used as when I cut things last year, but I got discouraged because I would make a huge jump one week and then I wouldn't see the "needle move" for a few months sometimes. This year, I'm counting it as it gets sewn, so hopefully I'll have a little bit to show each week.

    Good luck!

  3. I also count when the project is completed and labeled. It does make for very small numbers and then huge numbers but for me it is easier to remember what has been counted and what hasn't. LOL I try to complete at least one small project a week...mug rug, potato bag, card holder, etc. That way I don't get too discouraged. Have fun...don't get stressed over it. Keep 2011 a STRESS FREE year.
